These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by Videv Technologies (operating as Videv Media) ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Company Information

Videv Technologies is a registered business operating under the trade name "Videv Media." All contracts, invoices, and legal documents will be issued under the registered business name "Videv Technologies" while services are marketed and delivered under "Videv Media."

3. Services

We provide the following creative and digital marketing services:

• Video Editing & Post Production
• Thumbnails, Graphics & Branding
• Ad Production
• Social Media & Channel Management
• Talent Management & Brand Collaborations
• 2D/3D Animation

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed under the registered business name "Videv Technologies." Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods as specified during the ordering process.

5. Intellectual Property

All work created by Videv Technologies (operating as Videv Media) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and materials
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided to us

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in each service package will be specified in the individual service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. Delivery and Timelines

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, delivery times may be affected by client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any potential delays promptly.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms and refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, work completed up to the point of cancellation will be charged accordingly.

10. Limitation of Liability

Videv Technologies (operating as Videv Media) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and projects. We will not disclose confidential information without explicit permission, except as required by law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment for completed work will be due, and any work in progress will be delivered in its current state.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
